Medical Professionals is Hiring a Medical Assistant Near Laguna Niguel, CA

Do you have a passion for healthcare and a desire to work in a vibrant environment with room for growth? We're looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant to join a fast-paced Family Medicine practice. If you're ready for a role with variety, teamwork, and the chance to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

This is a slower pace clinic working with elderly patients. This is a full-time; 40hrs/week with no weekends! Room for growth! Training is provided!

What will I be doing?

  • Greet and assist patients during their visits
  • Record vital signs and enter information into the EMR system
  • Prepare patient rooms and maintain a clean environment
  • Perform blood draws, give injections, and conduct EKGs
  • Assist with medical procedures and provide medication information
  • Back up the front desk when needed, and assist with record-keeping and chart reviews

What are the requirements?

  • Medical Assistant Diploma
  • 1 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
  • Experience with EMR systems (NextGen is a plus)
  • Experience in a Family Medicine setting (a plus!)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current CPR Certification through American Heart Association
